Saw a lower cost cat-back exhaust on ebay. On this system, the over the axle pipe and the muffler are all one piece. Can these be installed with the car up on a hoist without issue? I see a lot of the systems where the muffler is separate from the over the axle pipe.

Lot's of crap on ebay...buyer beware. One piece axle back is easily removed with the car on a hoist.

Are you sure it is one piece?
Never seen one come that way, makes the cost of shipping very high.
The OEM one is that way, one piece, and yes, on a lift they will come out fairly easily, you need to take the swaybar loose.
And, how much lower cost is the one you're looking at?
There are some decent ones right around the $300 mark on both ebay and amazon.
Oh, wait, I see the joint on the pipe just north of the bend coming out of the muffler.
Okay, that makes it easy for install, but you still have to get the old one out.

That's a funny one right there!
The OP isn't looking for diagnostics and repair, he's looking for a modification install.
Dealer service department would charge and arm and a leg for this compared to a muffler shop or especially a home DIY job.
I just installed a Corsa Sport cat back. I only had a floor jack. You cannot get the old system out unless you have a hoist, as the car has to be pretty high in the air to
manipulate the old system out. In my case, I used a sawzall to cut the old system into pieces and remove it.
