The alternator
Alternator went bad..so I figure the chances of getting the right one are almost zero at this point.
so I go to a shop thst rebuilds them and starters..that's it. I tell him it has to have the exact parts put in or it will not work. Think he listens..nope. He put in valeo m515 regulator..It takes an m530...oh.
You literaly have to tell them now how to do it as its so old old and quirky that unless you really know..I guess you don't know.
so if you go this route write down the exact part number..its different for the 97 to 99 from the 2000 on up. Good luck...
