Default OAT Temp reads 10 degrees high. Reset Ideas?

So, my OAT temp has been reading about 10-15 degrees high since I replaced the (auto) HVAC controls. I did the battery disconnect and relearn process and everything works fine, except for the OAT reading. Today I tried the fuse #18 pull and power on and then pulled it again and started the engine. No luck. I have checked the connections/harnass for the sensor and they seem to be clean/good. A new sensor is $9 so that's my next guess. Anything else you guys can think of?

I take it you have already done the voltage and ground measurements at the sensor connector per the service manual?

Good idea, I'll reach in there and remove the sensor and check the resistance and let you know.

Checked the sensor, the resistance was right on the table in the FSM. Took readings at 75 and in a cup of ice water, all good. Sprayed the sensor and connector with electrical contact cleaner and re-installed. Update after next drive.

What about the ground and voltage checks?
