Hi guys, been a while, took car out of storage for last few years, fired right up, but now my a/c has the blows cold on passenger side, ambient temp driver side, hooked up my tech scan tool and had both actuators out of range, even with scan tool it was hit or miss, replaced both actuator motors, confirmed their in sinc with each other, shows good, we left dash out, to confirm repair, can visually see Motors work, heat door and defrost doors work. No cold air on drivers side. Hooked up a/c gauges, Freon pressure is 35psi on low side, 250 psi on high side. Seems a little high on high side but shop was 80 degrees and high humidity. So I think that rules out low Freon. I’m really stuck on this one. Could it be a bad controller, even tho it seems to function all the doors correctly. This was a basket case, father and son project, the car was previously headed to the crusher, before my son talked them into selling it to use, everyone on the forum over the last few years have helped immensely in bringing it back to a running car. Thanks as usual for any input.

Yikes, that's a lot of work for no benefit. Always good to use the procedure in the service manual to evaluate overall operation....but.......those are classic symptoms of low refrigerant on a C5. I would evac the system, put a vacuum on it for an hour, and close it off to check for leaks......if all is good.... service per the fender decal. If you are using cans, remember to account for partial cans, line capacity, etc.
