It seems to be quite a common problem for the passenger window motor to stop working. The problem seems to stem from the fact that the window does not get used very often. Try to use the windows at least once a week to keep the motors in good working order.
My '99 widow stuck recently and the best tip I received was to hold the door window button just as you close the door (fairly firmly). The tip worked perfectly.
