Replaced my old AGM battery with a new Odyssey AGM. Car sat for a couple of days no issues. Drove the car for 30 minutes and parked . About 2 hours later the horn started blaring. Before I could pull the horn relay it stopped. About 2 hours later I started the car and the horns went off again. This time I pulled the horn relay. So far I have tested the horn bladder inside trhe steering wheel and it's working properly. I tested the horn relay and it's also working properly. Besides the horns themselves which i will be replacing is there something else I'm missing?

Why would you replace the horns? Then cannot turn themselves on.
This is a common issue that is well documented over the last 20 years. 99 times out of 100 it's a bad membrane switch.

How EXACTLY did you check the horn relay ??...did you test the relay socket or just the relay itself ??...do you know how to use a 12 volt test light ??...if the BCM's horn relay control driver were stuck closed or you had a short to ground on that part of the circuit the horn will sound...the horn relay control comes into play when you press the Key Fob "Panic Button".
I'm replacing the horns because they started to sound wonky due to the lenght of time they were activated before they quit. I suspect the constant application of power burned out on of the the coils The horns dont beep they blare constantly. No matter what buttons I press on the remote they continue to blare. Starting the car didn't stop the horns either.

To diagnose this you'll need to TEST...not guess !!
I do know how to use a multi-meter and a 12 volt test light.. I tested both the relay and the relay socket. Both funstion correctl so not guessing . When I apply 12 volts todirectly to the horns they sound like one of them is toast. Most likely burned out while the horn was blaring before we discovered the issue and removed the relay.

How EXACTLY did you check both sides of the "control" circuit of the relay socket...86 and 85 ??
