Default cam&heads or supercharged?

cant decied on heads&cam or supercharged,shop down the street says,heads&cam he can get 125 hp more at tires!for about $6000.supercharger about $8400,i want something i can drive and not haveing to worry about heating problems.I want to be around 500hp at rear wheels and have driveabilty,so any one thats ben there done it can help me out. thanks 01 Z06,cold air induction,stainless works header,corsa x pipe,corsa indy with gtr tips.

From what you said I would say supercharge it. A stock displacement 500rwhp car is going to be a radical H/C car. Where as 500rwhp s/c is smooth as stock.

im leaning towards supercharging but lots of guys saying,car runs hot, belt sliping.

Alot of the issues with the ATI kit have been worked out. I'd go with an ATI.

w/ 5psi and your longtubes you will probably right at or slightly above 500Rwhp.

On a stock LS6 I recommend the standard ATI LS6 pulley size. I think its a 4.25 for the P1SC. You'll get about 6.5 pounds of boost. Injectors come with the kit... and recommend an intake fuel pump upgrade. You'll get anywhere from 500-545 rwhp by doing nothing else to the car (assuming just the headers as an additonal bolt-on). Go SC al the way....I bought my ATI kit from JD's Performance out of Florida and with install the total bill was $6700. You can't believe the power you will have :hurray: All I hope for is someone to challenge me. .. Anyone :D
