Default HVAC Issues C5 Corvette

I’m at a bit of a loss and hoping someone here has run into this before.

I have a C5 (CJ2) Corvette and started hearing loud clicking noises after clearing my HVAC codes. I assumed it was the blend door actuators, so I went ahead and replaced them. I’ve done the 60‑second fuse pull recalibration multiple times, and I can see both actuators move during the process.

Here’s where it gets weird:
  • After recalibration, when I do the 60–90° dial sweep, only the driver‑side actuator moves.
  • I get heat on the driver side but no A/C, even though the actuator is visibly moving.
  • I get ice‑cold A/C on the passenger side but no heat.
  • Airflow is stuck blowing toward the windshield and won’t redirect, which makes me think possible vacuum issue/solenoid.
  • The control module lights are dim and flickering. I opened it up and cleaned it, which helped a little, but it still fades in and out.
  • I’m still getting B0361 and B0441 as historic codes even after clearing them.
My next steps are to try re‑soldering the 241 sections on the control module, doing a full vacuum line inspection, and possibly the vacuum line solenoid (as air from direction is not really changing with the controls).

Is there a way for me to get in and see if the blend door is actually moving on the driver side?

If anyone has run into this combo of symptoms or has suggestions on what else to check, I’d really appreciate the help.

You may want to get the mode switch problem fixed first. The majority of threads seem to identify the vacuum line as broken as it passes through the firewall.
