Got my TPIS headers :D One question though, should I replace my gaskets, and bolts? If so what gaskets/bolts would you recommend? The headers just came with lockwashers. My car has 3700 miles on it. I am gettin a ATI installed in a couple weeks and didnt know if there would be more pressure on the exhaust flanges. I dont wanna blow a header gasket, those exhaust leaks sound like :U
........I knew for sure, UPS is NOT trustworthy at all. They simply mixed-up your address with mine
No, seriously, what a pleasure for you to receive your new TPIS-Headers. Congratulations Brother
I wish I could be there and being ready actually to put up my personal decision for a clever set of Headers. I still turn around my entire brain and all my available grey cells to make a final and a lucky decision.........TPIS, FLPs......?????
As to read so many comments here, it is a clear recommendation to go for new gaskets (Mr. GASKET, e.g.), along with new Bolts and locking Nuts/Washers => ARPs.
Anyway, let me wish you all the luck with your Header-Installation and also a very nice and safe CORVETTE-Season 2003. :blueangel: :flag
You need a Dr. Gas X-pipe to add on the rear of the headers to make the system complete. They offer X pipes that connect between the headers and the factory H pipe.

Look at his sig, he is running 10 sec. 1/4 mi times. If you listen to him, it may be bad for your health! :jester
Seriously, congrats on the headers. I would post your question in the Forced induction section. . .me personally, I would call one of the forum tuners. . .Nate at Xtreme is a first class guy and he is very helpful.
