Idle issue
I have noticed when my car is cold the idle at a stop goes up and down by ~200 RPM's. Once it warms up it seems to be OK. I'm afraid if I bring it in the dealer will see that it's had programming (PL 2) and blame it on that or just reflash the PCM and will mess it up due to the different rear end.
Any thoughts on what could cause this?

Are you saying that your RPM's vary up and down while stopped? If so, there is some problem as that is definitely not normal. Seems as though the computer is searching for the correct idle speed. If you've reporgrammed it, I would start my search there and double check that all the parameters are correct.

That's what it does but mainly while it's cold. I had my programming done with a powerloader so I'm not sure I can check it.

Why don't you try the idle relearn procedure. It worked for me after I installed my Vigilante and the car would occasionally "hunt" for idle after coming to a stop.
