X-Pipe question - Which brand
Trying to decide which X-pipe to match up with a set of GHL's. Is there any real difference between the Corsa, Bassani and the Magnaflow. Do some quiet the system more and others do a better job of smoothing out the popping.

I put the Corsa X-pipe on at the same time that I installed the Corsa Tourings so I can't really give a before & after opinion. I do know that I don't have any popping and it sounds pretty good.

After reading all i could find, and talking to Shawn at LAPD for the 4" tip GHL's I went with the Magnaflow x pipe. It had the best flow rate of any of the X-Pipes. It is definatly a high quality bolt on piece. The set up was just installed this morning, and the car has not yet reached the magic 500 mile mark so I can not comment on WOT sound, but so far no popping at all - although from what I have read the GHL really did not have a lot to begin with. I will try to post some poics in the next day or 2.

Go with the Maganflow. If you look at all three of them side by side you will clearly see that the Magnaflow has the largest crossover and the straightest flow of any of the x-pipes. I got mine from Shawn at LAPD and love it, no popping any more, and it was a quality bolt on piece. :yesnod:
