I currently have Corsa Indy's installed on my 98. I'm considering installation of the Corsa x-pipe and would like some feedback from those that have the x-pipe installed. Does it completely eliminate the off throttle popping, or does it reduce it. I guess to reduce the subjective nature of the response, rank the reduction on a scale of 1-5 (5 being total elimination, 1 equals no change). What about the motor boat sound at high idle, any change? Also, does the x-pipe change the sound (tone, volume, any increase in resonance)??
It reduced popping, would rank it 4
motorboat sound at idle is much softer, nearly gone
sound is as if # of cylinders is double, no more resonance as I already had before, more exotic, not so hard, mellow,
