Will the ENGINE Hold?
OK I'm finally ready to commit to buying the h/c setup from Cartek, at first I couldn't afford the stage 2x package but have come into some money and I must have it. My question is with this package making between 450 and 472 hp as seen on the forum, will my engine hold together when I hit it with the TNT 150 shot. My car has 21k on it but the dealer went thru the motor completely last Aug. cuz I missed a shift and BOOM. Does anyone think this will get me into the tens with ET streets. Thanks, Bob

Why would you want to put a 150 shot on a motor that is already putting down monster numbers and take the chance of exploding it because of a possible lean out?Maybe I'm to old school because I don't get it!

I could not agree more, if you are making 470+RWHP if you are not already running the 10s you will be very close to it assuming good traction.

You should run mid to low tens with a Cartek-X and 150 shot.They have X-packages in the tens now with no nitrous.Call Cartek and ask to talk to Julio about the nitrous set up,a lot has to do with tuning,Julio has his own timing retard system for a 150 shot,ask him about it.
