mod advice please??
hey yall, i was wondering what kind of x-pipe headers combo would go good on a stock 02 z??or any other beginer mods?want my car to sound better but everyone tells me to stick with the ti exaust.

I haven't done headers, but I did do the Maganflow X-pipe with my stock Ti system. I would recommend it above all the other X-pipes. If you ever have an opportunity to look at all the x-pipes side by side you will clearly see that the Magnaflow X-pipe has the largest cross-over and the straightest flow, that is why I went with it. Just my .02 cents. :yesnod:

I've got Flp's sound great with Corsa's:D , Flp's are an easy install no welds and easy to go back to stock:thumbs:.
Flp kit came complete with high flow cats and x-pipe, i think there are systems that make better numbers but for the price i think Flp's are the best IMHO.
If you go with the headers be sure to change intake, the Blackwing is always a good choice.

My 02 had a horrible exhaust jingle/rattle which is common on that car. Magnaflow xpipe totally got rid of the noise, and made the exhaust tone sound more smooth, without loosing volume
I will get headers eventually, but they are too pricey right now
