Well I tried a off road pipe in the vet and boy does it stink. Sounds awesome but the smell of unburnt gas in the garage sucks. NE1 know what kinds of high flow cats are available?

I agree. On my big block, at least, the exhaust smell just wasn't worth it. Two sources of High Flow Cats: Random Technologies and CL Performance. You can find both on the Net; Random's are sold by many of the forum's vendors.
i think that tuning may correct your odor problem. i am catless also but i dont have a stinky smell to it  in a way it clears my sinuses but the smell is not foul. almost like smelling a bit of alcohol but very tolerable on mine
My headers are currently being built and I added the hi-flow cats after initially leaving them off....decided after tons of feedback and research, that it just wasn't worth it for me.....I like the mods, but I wanna stay on this side of "insane" :D
Re: Cats Off - Man does it stink (Mean Green 2000)

Don't worry you guys, it's the stuff you can't smell that'll kill you! :leaving:

It's not like I snort the stuff or even lock myself in the garage. Besides I drive my car maybe 3 times a week at most for a couple of miles. I think cutting out on little debbies would increase my life span more than putting on some cats. :smash:
These cars will try to run run at 14.7:1 at idle/part throttle (if the O2 sensors are working anyhow) so 'tuning' at idle/part throttle is pretty much the same for everyone. All cars without cats stink wheather its a new honda or a modified vette, it just bothers some people more then others. A larger cam will spit out more unburned fuel.. I followed C5 Vert's car for around a mile in traffic and my eyes were watering so much I had to drop back behind some other cars - sounded good though :D
Newer unleaded gas has different additives that give it that 'rotten egg' smell. Put some leaded race gas there and it smells like a 'real' car - although your O2's life will be reduced by ~90%.
I pick up ~8rwhp without the cats but I cant stand it, it fine with a headwind but with the top off and tailwind stopped in traffic its pretty nasty..
