Okay, this may be a stupid question...but it isn't obvious to me how you can apply your brakes to help with a burn out. If the C5 has 4 wheel disk brakes wouldn't be a problem...or do they use the emergency brake?
Your front brake should be set up to do about 65-75% of the work. So it should be no prob overcoming the power of the brakes with the motor. Esp in an A4, It does not work so well in an Mn6. Also many folks put line locks in there car to lock the front brakes and spin the rear. E brake only hold your rares so thats out. Aside to that I dunno :banghead:
Parking brake is on the rear wheels so that wont help much. The fronts hold the car just fine since the do most of the braking - just make sure the traction control is off
It is very easy to burn out. Just hold the brakes firm. Then hit the gas a little and rev it up to maybe 2 or 3 thousand rpms. Simultaneously, take your foot off the brake and slam on the gas. You should be happy with what you will see.
