I have the same problem..only it's hot on my drivers side, and cold on my passengers..I'm taking it in for service next week hopefully, unless somebody has any ideas.
The airflow/temp doors for left and right are controlled by separate electric actuator motors (not vacuum like the manual climate control). If you change the temp setting to full cold and then full hot, and the temp on one side doesn't change, then it's likely the actuator motor is bad.
One thing you could try is removing power to the climate control system (pull fuse or disconnect battery) and then reconnect power. The system is supposed to go through an initialization routine including moving all flow doors to their limit positions. Once that is complete, the system knows where full open and full closed positions are. If the system lost it's limit position data, then it's possible the door is stuck for that reason and this may fix it.
