I've noticed that when I get on it, that between shifts (I am a MN6) that it does not feel like there is very much wheel spin. I ran behind my friends moderately modded C4 today and he did not pull away from me at all, so that makes me feel good that I know my power is there. I havent had the opportunity to take it to the 1/4 mile yet and no money to dyno.
The clutch doesnt feel like it is slipping either, but I was expecting the car to be able to bark the tires between shifts pretty hard.
I have almost new Kuhmo Ecsta's on the rear and with the weather warming up they indeed seem fairly sticky.
Im told from my F body and a C4 owner that it is difficult to hear the car spinning wheels between shifts while you are driving.

:iagree: look at your DIC and the Trac control wil be active. My tires some times dont sqeel when im doing 5000 RMP hole shots out of the parking lot at work :reddevil :reddevil :reddevil
Re: Chirping between gears- Is something wrong? (eRiCdWoNg)
You know, call me a moron, but I've NEVER been able to chirp gears in my vettes. I had a '92 and now an '00, and I can't chirp for some reason. In my '97 Cobra, I could chirp with no problems. In my dad's '65 vette, I'd do it without trying. Hell, I can chirp them going into third in my buddy's '92 S10 pickup with an anemic engine. For some reason, I can't do it in my vette! Maybe I'm subconciously not able to be that hard on the expensive drivetrain. I dunno.
