Anyone Have This Mod??

Ecklers has a "Power Control Module" that is supposed to decrease 1/4 mile by .45sec and decrease 0-60 by .35sec (Part # 36971 for 99 6spd Coupe). It works by way of changing engine fuel and ignition curves. I wanted to know if anyone has this and if so are they pleased with the performance?? Is it worth my buying?
