Delphi/Delco Electronics in Rear Driver Side Compartment

What is the Delphi Automotive System / Delco Electronica System # 10302714 in my new 2003 C5? This unit is not in my 1998 C5 and is not mentioned in the owners manual.

This is the control module for the Magnetic Selective Ride. :)
