Default KEY FOB / easy seat entry problem

ok, I have new battery in the FOB, checked the contacts, did the relarm on the DIC, then the syc, after a few mins it wont work again, also the easy enrty seat feature works for awhile, when that quits, the FOB doesnt work either
my question is, is the same module behind the seat in the rear control the easy seat feature and the FOB, also my tire sensors are working just fine
 :flag :flag :flag

I think I had the same problem on the C5 coupe. Reprogamming the fob would work at first but after a few minutes it wouldn't. Finally had both the fob and receiver replaced by a Chevrolet dealer. If my recollection is correct it was done under warranty.
