Window problem, any advice?
Hi,
My cousin's 01 just developed a problem with the passenger's window. Yesterday, after she let the window down, it wouldn't come up. After several tries, it went up. Now it wouldn't do anything, there's no response when the switch is pressed. Would the next step be taking it to the dealer?

I just put a new motor in my car last week. My car did almos the samething. One day it would not go down, but then it worked for about 2-3 weeks then stoped working all together. I searched the forum and found that this a common problem. I would take it to the dealer if you still have a warranty. If not fix you self.
The motor was right at $200 with out labor. :mad

My passenger side window stopped working so I did the good ol :smash: the door. Started working again. I now make it a point to lower it at least once a week to keep it working. So far, no problems. :smash: on wood :D
