Pushrod Length...??????Another Question
Here the scenario. I'm milling my heads by .020" and getting a MMS 224/224 112 cam. What length pushrod should I use? If it's not a small base circle cam(I don't know for sure but will find out), I would think you could just shim the rockers up the .020" and that would make up for the heads being shaved. Does this sound right or not? I'm not an expert at this so I don't know.

You really need to know the base circle of the cam you are using. Most aftermarket cams do have a smaller base circle than the stock cam. On the ZO6 they use a taller valve to make up this difference. In most instances the stock 7.40" push rod works just fine. The lifters allow a bit of play.
