Default New Headers coming out soon

I just got off the phone with Kooks Headers and there coming out with two step headers, 1 7/8 stepped 2" and 1 3/4 stepped 1 7/8". They think the length will be 27-32", and cost around 900.00. They have LS1 headers for F body and have been getting feedback from tuners that in one case the car picked up 9 MPH in the 1/4 mile over the SPL headers.

I understand that "KOOKS" makes some great headers. They are doing twin turbo headers for a friend of mine(Mustang). But do you realize that 9mph in the 1/4 eqates roughly to 90 HP   :skep: Just thought I would mention that.

They said they would have a set for on a Z06, and testing them out by the end of the month. I'm just repeating what he told me, that they gained 9 MPH on there 1/4 mile. I could maybe see 3-5 max but I'm not going to tell him that his lying. But if you’re interested call Kook and ask and see what gains they have been getting with their headers for LS1. The only gains I care about are the ones on the C5.

Corsa is also developing headers. They were interested in my car as a mule but I got tired of waiting and went with Corvette Concepts package.
