got the idle right!!! Engine idles smooooooth !!!
Hi all!!
Carmen @ THE VETTE Dr´s and Robert (RWJ 383) helped me on the idle issue.
LOT OF THANKS TO CARMEN !!!!
And LOT OF THANKS to Robert.
I finally used his idle program.
And gess what......the engine came on with the first crank I did and then ideled dead smooth from the first second on !!!
Unbelievable !!!!!!
This engine runs so smooth....Shirl did GREAT work on it.
Now I have some break in miles to do (at the moment engine oil get´s too hot after some miles of driving, so I need to do some 15 minute turns until that hopefully get´s better soon).
BTW, I would have 3 videos of the car at idle and the first time I fired it up with idle set.
If anyone has webspace to host them :D

Shirl is a great guy, had him check a few things on my car. Also, I saw your motor while he was still working on it.

I'm glad the edit tune i put together for you worked out for you and your idle problem. At this point you can bring the idle speed down from 1000 to 900 and see how that works.

Robert, the car goes down to 950 when warmed up.
That´s just perfect.
Under that, it would idle , but would shake to much for my taste.
I don´t wanna open my secret up to the guy at the light, so he sees what´s in my car.
I more like understatement and then wrrrrooooommmmmm :D
