Default intermittant lean condition solved:-)

Have the Halltech sidwinder and the rubber gasket between air bridge and MAF although looking great but leaked. Also the coupler between throtle body and airbridge when the hose clamp is tightened it bows in the airbridge and leaves a small channel and leaks. RTV the fix. That leak caused a torque reduction of 30 rwftlbs and a 20% reduction on the g force accelleration test on the dyno drum.

Uh oh, this means that you may beat me the next time we meet on a track...... :D

On second thought, I won't be running stock class when next we meet.... oh well!

Glad to hear you found the problem! :hurray:

the numbers last July was 308 hp and 336 ftlbs and peaked at the standard 5500. Now it had a 324 but at 6200 and the torque never got over 308 ftlbs. Halltech was the only difference between then and now and the leak of course. Yes I think I could have gotten that 1 sec back :)

Good hp numbers. but the torque is questionable. Good back to R&D for a comparison, thats a big drop!
