crane cam?
I'm getting ready to make some internal mods and would like to know if anyone has used a Crane cam and related components. I've noticed that most tuners and head suppliers don't mention them. How much cam can I install and still use the Crane 1.8 roller rockers and not experience piston interference? I would like it to sound like it has a cam, you know a little rough idle.

With the LS1 engine you either do one of two things... run a cam or Crane 1.8 full roller rockers... but you dont do both. You can run another 1.7 full roller that is made in Australia if you like.
I am running a Crane Comp 224/224 581/581 114 LSA Xtreme cam and I like it very much... Look at the dyno sheet by clicking on the link in the sig...
There is alot more then just the cam in there but the car does run well and passes smog too. :)
