I've put a thousand miles on mine, including 30 or more spirited standing starts including one on wet pavement, these tires hook. Considering how much quieter and smoother they are, compared to run-flats, they are a best buy in my book...By the way that wet 60ft was a 2.2. In the dry 2.0s are the norm and I havent yet tried them at lower pressures...
Anyone else have an opinion on these tires? I'm looking to buy some new tires soon for my daily driver. I do like to go to the track, but 60' times are important to me right now.
I am running the Kuhmos on Z06 wheels. I have a 00 convertible/Hdtop. The ride is great, but the tires do look a little fatter than stock in the front. The rear tires (295's) are approx. 1/2" shorter in height than stock. According to the tire calculator, the fronts (275's) are the same height as the stock tires. I think the sidewall is a little thicker. The rear of the car came down 1/2" and looks almost level, just depends on the surface. The tire s are quiet and I love the ride.
