Please post STOCK 1/4 mi. times:
All,
I was discussing stock 1/4 mile times with a friend today and I am curious, what times did you get when you ran your car stock (nearly stock is ok intake/exhaust).
Thanks,
Russ

Re: Please post STOCK 1/4 mi. times: (Cobra4B)
On that run (1.85 60') I launched at around 4700 and slipped the clutch. After that time the summer came around and my Et's slowed, but my 60's went down. I went some 1.74-1.77 60' with a 12.0x in 85-90^ temps on the stock radials. The higher I rev'd it the faster the 60. SLipping the clutch from over 6000 resulted in my best 60' times...

The best run for my A4 equipped 98 convertible with the MAF screen removed but otherwise stock is 13.23 @ 105.6 MPH at Maple Grove Raceway in Pennsylvania. That track is 700' above sea level.
