Z06 Clutch

Got a friend who is selling his Z06 clutch, but it has ~20k easy miles on it. He replaced it when he did some other engine work. What would this be worth?? Not much i'm sure, but we want to be fair. What is it worth brand new? Is their any way to measure whats left of the pads to determine wear?
btw: I have a '99 coupe.

Pace sells it for 309 plus shipping.....will need another part if you are going to use it on a pre-2001 vette.

What other parts? I assumed that for the clutch alone it would all be the same.
Also any idea if the Z06 flywheel is lighter than a '99 coupe?

I sold an 01 Z06 clutch in great shape, similar miles, with the slave, for $95 shipping ($20) included. So I would say $75 out the door.
