Yet Another Tire Pressure Sensor Question...
Me again! With the information you guys provided, looks like I'm gonna band the sensors to the custom wheels. But one last question...something I would rather do if possible...
I read that Z06's dont come with TP sensors...therefore no warnings on the DIC. Owners can have them installed and the system activated by the procedure in the link below:

If this is the procedure to enable the TP system...then can disabling the system be just as easy? Has anyone tried it? The dealership techs tell me it is not possible, I even called 6 different dealers in my area. If not, then I'm gonna have to band the sensors as a last resort.
