Powerloader and GM updates
My 02 has the Powerloader programing. Just found out GM has PCM updates for the 02's. If i take my car in will they now i have the other program? And if i have the updates can i reinstall the Powerloader program?

I don't think they will know you have the Powerloader Program, but if you reload it. It will probably erase the dealer updates, call TTS for clarity.

If I am not mistaken, Gm will reflash your computer to stock and then reload the new software updates on as an entire package. If you install the Powerloader again, it will bring you back to square one again. Just keep the Powerloader, it is so much better than what the factory can give you.
