[Air Conditioning] Diagnosis please???
My car has been on jackstands for over 3 months now waiting on rims. I have been cranking it up every 2 weeks or so. Last weekend I just happened to turn the AC on but the AC light just blinked a few times then went off. Everytime I push the AC button it would do the same. I also could not hear the compressor kick on at all. Anyone know why all the sudden my AC would quit working. I did hook a charger up b/c my battery went south the first month. I am thinking it could be a fuse. Which one would I check?

I think there is a problem with your system. There is probably some sort of low preassure switch that won't allow the compressor to come on if it is low on refrigerant. I am pretty sure the blinking light means trouble. Did you try to pull up codes from the DIC? If there is a problem, there may be a code under HVAC.

Compressor won't kick on if the temp is below 40 degrees
SAXN8R I simply forgot to check the codes. Will do so when I get back to Savannah where my car is at. I am NOT getting a "Check Engine" light.
