Basic spark plug wire question

Basic spark plug wire question

Installed new plugs last night and Magnecor wires. Any problem using the stock heat shields, they fit the magnecor boot just like the stock wires.

By the way, you were all right, that drivers side plug is a :cuss :cuss :cuss

I think that many actually recommend reusing the boots - I did!

You definatley want to reuse the stock heat shields. You will burn the boots if you don't.

Try removing the coil packs and the AIR tube next time. It saves time and you won't loose so much blood. Just an option.

Knew I should have posted this question BEFORE I swapped them out, thanks for the info, will try it next time.
