Hmmm. Weird. Both the TPS and the electric actuator on the other side are indexed/keyed I believe. Not adjustable to my knowledge. Maybe a TPS giving a slightly incorrect signal to auto tap and needs to be replaced? Worth looking into.

I think it's a voltage controlled device. If the autotap doesn't see the right voltage, it will probably report it as not 100% open. You're going to need mor info to figure it out.
