I am getting P1626(Theft Deterrent Fuel Enable Signal Lost) ANd these 2 U1096, U1064 ??? I am having that Column lock problem and just installed a CLB with no success? What do I DOOO!!!!! :leaving:

when you stick the key in the ignition, the BCM confirms the resistor chip.
so try your other key first.
if the chip is ok, the BCM sends a password over to the PCM. if they match the fuel system is enabled.
if the BCM does not send the password or the PCM does not receive it, the fuel system is disabled.
Not much to try.
From the manual
1. clear all DTC codes
2. turn off the ignition
3. disconnect the (+) battery cable for 1 minute
4. reconnect the battery cable
5. try to start the car
best guess is you have a cable connection problem.

The U1096 and U1064 are communication "SOH" (State Of Health) DTC's. I get'em from time to time. They deal with the RFA part of your car. Sometimes you may get a U1016 with them also. Unless you're experiencing
any ongoing problems with your key fob or your tire pressure monitoring system then you can just reset and ignore them. They may come back once in awhile though. They have to do with the ability/inability of some systems to initially establish communications upon start-up.
