FLP, their service and their headers
Okay, now the finer points.
SERVICE is OUTSTANDING. Thought I had a problem with one of my CATS. They put my car on a lift and found out that when "I" installed them, I left the CATs touching each other and they were touching each other under hard acceleration. They loosened, twisted, aligned and fixed the problem. MY fault and they wrote it off. This makes me a devoted customer for life.
TUNING. My car baselined last year at 287RWHP (I've got a A4). I dropped on a set of FLP headers - she moved up to 312RWHP. A documented gain of 25 ponies at the wheels. Very pleased. However, I got some bad news/good news. I gased up with an off-brand prior to the dyno and my car was retarding the advance (I think this is the right term) by almost 6 degrees so Dan couldn't set it up for maximum performance. If I had not gotten the bad gas Dan said I would have turned 320 at the wheels - again MY fault (along with the stations). After all the time an effort on FLP's part they once again did me very very right on the overall tuning and dyno time cost. Won't tell you what I paid, but I was grateful. Dan took the time to set me down in the car and go over the entire Autotap process and then walk me through how LS1Edit worked and what he did for the car. Great service, again.
Good people up there and some AWESOME cars setting around to look at too.
Just wanted to let the Forum know about FLP and my experience with their products and their service.

I was really pleased with all of my interactions with FLP and their products. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or go back to them.
