Warning: Yet Another MAF Translator Question!
Can anyone tell me who actually manufacturers the infamous MAF Translator device that we all know and love? What is the current version of the MAFT for a 1998 C5 (with a stock MAF)? Does the current version for the '98 C5 have any bugs or "issues" I need to be aware of??? Professional tuning being a luxury I cannot possibly afford at this time, is this a reasonable way to address leaning caused by aftermarket MAF ends and a Blackwing filter?

I run a MAFT but will ditch it once I get the A/Fs dialed in via tuning after I get the headers installed :D
But, with it installed now....I firmly believe it's one of the reasons my car peforms so well, keeping my A/Fs right where they need to be :D :cheers:

best mod for the $$$ short of heads/cam/LS1Edit..Don't recall mfg'r off hand. Gonna install one for a friend this w/e and autotap to get him just right.

oh hell ya Bob...combine that with the TB Bypass, Foil MAF Ends, a Powerduct, etc...and 12.477 can be yours too :jester :lolg:
