You'll get as many opinions as responses on this one. Exhaust is a pure subjective decision.

I went with Corsa Indys and love them. They are the only system out there that has never had a report of mid-range resonance. They are pretty damn agressive sounding at full throttle, but are completely manageable during normal use. Admittedlly, they don't sound like my '72 big block Chevelle - If you want that, maybe go with Stingers or something along those lines.

I've heard that the Corsa Tourings are a waste of time - They sound almost stock.

X-Pipe is almost mandatory.

Again, and as always, just my $0.02.

My best advice is to type in the word mufflers into the search engine on the left of this page. Read all you can and then listen to all you can before you buy. You need to write down what is important to you. Are you looking for loud or quiet. Do you want a high note or low note. Do you want quiet at 70 MPH? Last but not least, how much money do you want to spend?

I just hear the low note of the Magnaflow without their X-pipe. It was the best muffler system I have ever heard. Even better than Borla, I can't believe I said that. But, with the X-pipe on it was only 5% louder than my Titanium Z06 Mufflers with a Magnaflow X-pipe. With my X-pipe off, I was louder than the Magnaflow with X-pipe. However, perfect was the Magnaflow without the X-pipe. Borla's are to loud for me and Corsa's to crisp. Each of us have our own idea of what we like. That's why you need to hear some systems and read more before making a final decision.
