The right turn blinker is fine. The left turn blinks fast. The Hazard works fine for both sides. On the left blinker, the rear blinks fast, but the front blinks slow (slower than normal) or not at all.
The shop is stumped. They originally thought something just grounding out. They are going to check the blinker relay tomorrow. Which means taking the dash apart.
Anyone have similiar issue?
UPDATE:
Thanks for all the replys for far, but the bulbs are fine, when the hazard is on everything works fine, all the correct bulbs blink.
Someone emailed me to check the turn signal arm assembly, so I will pass that info on to the shop. And post the resolution if/when found.
UPDATE:
It was the turn signal arm assembly. Those little things cost about $250 and a lot in labour. (a couple hours + diagnostic time)
A side blinks quick when one of the filaments is burned out or damaged - change the front left bulb and you'll be fine.

:iagree:
It would be worth your time to shotgun ALL the bulbs before having the dash pulled appart to get to the blinker, part of the hazard switch.
I found it helps with the front bulbs to spray some contact cleaner into the socket, seat and reseat the bulb a couple of times, and make sure it's working before bolting things back up.
