(I'm running the bigger one's (345's), and my car's at least a half
of a second slower than yours, but I'm still spinning (leaving at idle). I was using 26 psi, so I think I have to drop the pressure and extend the burnout.
Anyway, thanks for the info.)
Are you saying that heads/cam and 100 shot only got you 117 MPH? If so, I wouldn't run that system again until it is fully checked out, as something is definitely wrong. You should be trapping AT LEAST that on motor alone.....and maybe 125-130 mph with a 100 shot....take it back to Norris and put it on the dyno again!
After speaking to a couple of buddies, they told me it could be the stock cats overheating, or creating too much backpressure. Could it be the cats?..dsk888
Lose the cats!!:smash:..this is emission free FLORIDA... :lolg: :lolg:
Thanks for the info. My son works at UPS and told me the Tire Rack has gotten a large order of the new Bfg's. I'm gonna have to pay Luke a visit tommorrow.

Let me know what works for you. With the 345/30/18 on a 18x11, I had better luck with higher pressures and quick burnouts.
