It is not worth taking out the screen for HP gain. If you want HP gain, do an engine mod. Leaving the MAF just like it is would be in your cars best interest. :yesnod:

If you are running with the stock air box, leave it alone. I woul dleave it alone if you are not running with a ported TB, aftermaket air bridge, aftermarket intake, and ported heads. If you have all of those, then the MAF becomes the bottle neck.
