I recently had a new set of tires installed on my 99 coupe. When I picked the car up I noticed that the right turn signal indicator was blinking real fast. When I checked things out I found that the right front parking light and turn signal didn't work.
How do I get at the light fixture to change the bulb?
Re: How do I change the front parking light bulb? (harleytim)
It's not so bad, you pull the small plastic panel in front of the wheel. 2 screws by wheel, 4 screws under the car (just behind the deflector). then remove the panel. Then reach up in there and change out the bulb. (I would replace the side marker bulb at the same time. It's cheap and will save you from pulling the panel in a week or a month when the other bulb goes out.
You don't have to pull the tire off to do this, although, it might give you more work room.

I was able to do mine by opening up the headlight (turn on or use crank ****) and reaching in ... a bit tight but much quicker. If you have large hands/arms get the wife to help. Don't let the headlight shut on you while your arm is in there......

If your arm is small you can actuall reachinto the brake duct opening, push it off the bumper reach up and there it is. The brake duct has enough movement that it does not hurt anything to do this just make sure you get it fully seated back to the bumper.
