Default C5 exhaust
My stock 1998 C5 exhaust needs repair if possible! The flanges on both sides have broke. This is at the rear where the pipes from the mufflers connect to the front exhaust. anyone have any ideas that have had this problem also?

This is a somewhat common problem. Bring the car to a muffler shop and have the flanges rewelded......

I think your Chev. dealer will repair it, I read somewhere that there is arecall on this. Check with your dealer, good luck Jim.
