A few forum members have the same setup...11.5 CCW's with 335's.
It is a very tight fit, and this is definitely the largest you can do without tubbing.
I have the same setup. Mine rub a bit when the car botoms out, even with the spacers that John provided. The left side is only a small arc 2" long 1/4" wide. The right side is more. The car is not lowered. Some other members do not have this problem.
Just to get an idea, with the wheels mounted + spacers, my fingers do not fit between the inside side of the tire and the wheel well liner.
bob it does stick out about a half in , what spacers are you talking about ?? I am a little concerned about hitting the fender lip  they do look sweet though and my car is lowered
"You wanna run 335's in the rear...? You talk to me..."
The 335 Pilots on 11.5's will rub under certain circumstances (w/o tubbing). It becomes more of an issue for guys like me with the weak base springs and shocks who are lowered to the factory bolt stops (28.8" ground to fender 1/4 tank and running Z06 neg camber in the rear).
FYI:The 335 Pilots are more like "320-325's" when compared to other manufacturers.
If you are serious and want 1/4 inch more fender clearence w/o tubbing, check my website photo album:
I think you might run into more problems than you want trying to stuff that much tire under the car. You said your car is lowered. If you use spacers, it will push the tire outside the well and you could do some body damage if you hit a pot hole. What you should do (in my opinion) is tub the car. I did the Lingenfelter kit. It's expensive, but worth it. Once you do that you can put a different offset on those CCW's so the tire will stay completely under the car. By tubbing the car you don't have to worry about any part of the tire rubbing. I tried to put a 305 on mine without tubbing and it rubbed on the side. Right now I have 335/30/18 on a 12 inch rimm. If you want to see pictures on how it looks with the car tubbed, click on the link. http://community.webshots.com/user/lylehadden
I don't know if you have a coupe or not, but one thing to mention is once you tub the car the roof panel won't fit in the back.

Good luck with your decision.
Ernest (97C5ENVY) was able to tub AND fit his panel.
I recently got the CCW setup with the rear 18x11.5 335/30 Michelin Pilot's. The fit is very tight, and has me a little concerned as I'm lowered just a tad, and un-tubbed.
Alignment seems to play a key feature as well. I originally had the Z06 spec's, but changed it this afternoon to get as close to zero on the neg. camber as possible. Made a noticable difference.
The rears stick out more than 1/4" but less than 1/2" on mine.
There are several members running the large CCW package without tubbing, and seem to have relatively few issues. Myself, I think I'll end up getting tubbed as I tend to worry about potholes, driveways, etc. Takes all the fun out of driving when you're worried about possible rubbing!
