I have dual climate. Outer air temp sensor appears to be functioning properly. When I hit the AC on button the yellow light comes on and goes out after a couple seconds. It was 70* outside and I had the AC cranked all the way down to 60*. could I be in need of a charge? Any ideas?
I've had this exact same thing happen after a defective pipe leaked all the R134A out. When you hit the A/C button it comes on and then flashes 3-4 times and goes right back off. Usually thats caused by there not being enough pressure in the system (or completely empty in somes cases). If you have the heads/cam professionally installed did they mention having to recharge your A/C after the work was completed?
Sometimes when moving the a/c condensor, a line will break requiring a new line, vacuuming of the system and a recharge. It all depends how careful you are while lifting up the condensor when removing and reinstalling the camshaft.

Re: AC not workin after H/C install (OPEN PLZ)
You need to connect a set of manifold gauges and check the high & low side pressures. The system will not energize the compressor clutch if you have very low pressure on the low-side. This is done to prevent evaporator/orifice freezing and/or to prevent running the compressor with a low refrigerant charge. I am guessing that you do not have enough pressure for compressor operation. Your low side should be somewhere in the 25psi to 55psi range depending on ambient conditions. If it is very cold outside it is normal for the low-side pressure to drop below 25 psi and your compressor will not run.
