European Taillamp Installation
Help! Just sold the '01 coupe and bought a Black '03 Z06. Love everything but the seats :)
I migrated my European Taillamp lenses from the '01 to the Z06 but I can't remember which wire I need to cut under the driver side of the dash. I misplaced my original instructions. Everything works except for 1 detail. WHen I brake the turn lamps also illuminate. They are not supposed to. I don't have the original car anymore so I can't use it for reference.
If anyone has the instructions please let me know what I may have missed.

It's the white wire coming off of a connector at the top of the brake pedal.

I just bought the lights but no wire harness, can I install the lights and just add a turn signal socket to the rear and cut the white wire under the dash and the turn signals and barkes will be seprate? sounds to easy?

I can trace out some of the wiring on my harness and let you know what you will need to duplicate it. Not usre if that will help you. As far as what you want to do I would think things through first as there may be a better way.

I don't think that will work. There's not a separate circuit for the turn signals for you to tap into.

that is what I thought, like I said sounded to easy, is there somewhere to buy just the wire harness conversion?
