Is the head and cam really that complicated on the C5? That seems a huge amount on work. I have heard fbody guys changing cams all the time. Is the C5 that different?

Head and cam swaps are not difficult, no. It is a lot of work. A C5 will maybe take 1-2 hours longer than an F-body to swap a cam on depending on how quick you are. To swap just a cam on an F-body it'd take me 2 hours if I stayed working the whole time, and to do the same on a C5 would take me right around 3 hours. To do springs takes a bit longer, and to do heads takes a while too. It all depends what you'll be doing.
The reason it looks like a lot of work is because it IS a lot of work (to some people), but if you've done it before it doesn't take that long.

I just emailed you guys the other day with cam kit oil pump question. Do these packages include the gasket kits the way your normal cam kits do? I'm guessing yes, but had to ask. Either way great timing.
