NOS is actually a brand name of Nitrous kits, but personally I like the NX wet kit for the C5, it is pretty complete and easy to install from what I have researched. TNT also has a very nice LS1 kit.
If you are asking which NOS brand kit is the best, I'm not really up on what they have for the C5
If you search through the Forced Induction / Nitrous section you will find tons of information, and different opinions regarding the topic.
I went with the NOS 5177. Don't think it's possible to hide a wet kit (not 100% on that), but I COMPLETELY hid my dry kit. Don't know if you really care about that, but it was really important to me, as I street race just about every weekend.

Hi TNT offers a great kit. It comes with a power ring with two nozzels. Its very easy to install and the tech help on the phone is great. Im running a 75 h/p kit on my 99. You just need ngk plugs gapped at 35

Can you guys chime in with any problems, likes and dislikes about each of these manufacture's kits (NX, NOS, TNT). I know nothing about this stuff and just want to make sure I am getting the right thing the FIRST time. Also is there any engine dependability issues with using nitrous? Thanks for the education gentlemen :D and ladies ;)

TNT power ring is not what you want. Solenoids are mounted right in high heat areas :yesnod:
Go with mounting of solenoids in front engine bay :yesnod: NX and others give you this option  Also make sure and add all add on's such as MSD window switch and electornic N20 activation switch.
The best nitrous kit that is available is the TNT nitrous kit. :steering: I have used it and it rocks. They claim their 100 hp shot will beat any 150 shot out on the market. They are all wet kits, they also use big solenoids which are really good. The kit comes with a packet of jets from 75hp to 150hp. The complete kit runs about $650. They also have the purge kits which run about $150. So if nitrous is the way you want to go TNT is the way to do it. Check them out at http://www.texasnitroustechnology.com
