Under body repair
I hit something on the road and scraped up the underside body panel pretty good (underneath the door). You can't see it unless you stick your head under the car. I can see white fiberglass, so part of it's pretty deep. The entire damaged area is about 3 inches in diameter. Looks like a very small crack, too.
I would like to 'glue' the crack if possilbe) patch the scuff and seal it. Since you can't see it at all, I don't mind doing it myself. I've done a little body work before (on metal) so I have a little experience. I've never worked fiberglass. What is a good strategy?
Thanks for any advice!
